A Class 12 student was blackmailed for five months in Greater Noida.

 

Noida: According to police officials, a Class 12 student in Greater Noida was sexually molested over the course of five months by three people, who also videotaped her indecently and extorted her. She had met one of the accused through another, who later abused her sexually.

Police Station Beta 2 in Greater Noida

A FIR has been registered at the Beta 2 police station in this respect, according to Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police for Greater Noida Dinesh Kumar Singh, although no arrests have been made as of yet.

He claims that once the girl's mother contacted the police, a FIR was filed.

The mom said that the accused had tricked her daughter into having physical contact with him under the pretence of being in love with her. According to Mr. Singh, the accused performed intimate activities on her for five months while filming her in humiliating postures.

According to the complaint, which the additional DCP referenced, "These films were then used to blackmail the girl into maintaining the connection and she was also threatened with being killed if she refused their demands."

Sections of the Indian Penal Code 376D

The police officer said that as a result, a FIR has been filed under Indian Penal Code sections 376D (gangrape), 354C (voyeurism), and 506 (criminal intimidation), and additional legal measures are ongoing.
